Each meal provides at minimum 5g of feel-full, digestion boosting fiber.

We break down nutrition info by ingredient (as well as in total) so you can learn which foods provide which nutrients and understand how to put together satisfying combos on your own.

Eating healthy doesn’t need to break the bank. Our meals average under $2-3 per serving. We also link to ingredient swap sheets for common items so you can see how different choices can impact the nutrition of the meal and, in turn, how your body may feel.

Our recipes are meant to make your life easier. We provide simple to prepare, nutritionally balanced meals that are designed by Registered Dietitians allowing you to feel confident in fueling your body with stead, stable, strength-building energy.

Eating healthy is about focusing on what you do most of the time, not all of the time. We recommend using our recipes for the base of your weekly meal planning and then adding in any other recipes or things you’re craving as desired.

We encourage you to still make those traditional gooey brownies (sans cottage cheese!) and the creamy mac n cheese recipe from Nana Jane as all foods truly DO fit within a healthy diet.

Using our protein and fiber focused recipes will allow your overall diet room to play with the peace of mind that your body is still getting what it needs nutritionally most of the time.
