Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded lettuce
  • 3 oz chicken cooked, chopped or shredded
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • cup pickles chopped
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 2 tsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 oz wheat crackers such as Wheat Thins or Triscuits, crushed

Method
 

  1. Add shredded lettuce, chicken, cheese, and chopped pickles to a large bowl or plate.
  2. Drizzle pickle juice over the salad, then sprinkle with ranch seasoning. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
  3. Top with crushed crackers just before serving for added crunch.
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Protein Options: Any pre-cooked chicken works here—grilled, rotisserie, or even canned. You can also swap in tuna or chickpeas for variety.
