Combine cottage cheese and cocoa powder with a fork (whip it really well to break down the chunks).
You can either place the cottage cheese onto toasted bread or put the cottage cheese mixture on untoasted bread and air fry at 360 degrees for 7 minutes.
Notes
For an optional protein boost you can add a tbsp or two of protein powder (any flavor works)
May sub greek yogurt for cottage cheese, however it may be a thinner consistency and not hold up as well in the air fryer.
