    Ingredients
      

    • ½ cup Cottage Cheese
    • ¼ cup Whipped Cream
    • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 1 tsp Honey

    Directions
     

    1. In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese and vanilla extract until completely smooth.
    2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until light and fluffy.
    3. Drizzle honey over the top.
    4. Eat by the spoonful or serve as a dip with fruit, pretzels, or graham crackers.

    Notes

    • Blend until completely smooth for a cheesecake-like texture; chill 10–15 minutes for extra fluff.
    • Flavor it up: add cocoa powder (chocolate), cinnamon or pumpkin spice, lemon zest, berry jam swirl, or peanut butter.
    • Sweeten to taste with more honey or swap in maple syrup.
