    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
    • 3/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
    • ½ scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
    • ½ cup Bran Flakes
    • 2 tbsp Almonds sliced, slivered or chopped

    Directions
     

    1. Microwave the frozen berries for 2–3 minutes until warm and juicy.
    2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the protein powder until smooth and creamy.
    3. Top the yogurt with the warm berries (including the juice), bran flakes, and almonds.
    4. Mix together if desired and enjoy!

    Notes

    • You can use fresh berries, but warming them helps create that cozy, syrupy texture.
    • Swap bran flakes for granola or another cereal if preferred.
    • Any nuts or seeds work in place of almonds for added crunch.
    • If your berries aren’t very sweet, add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
