- Mix cottage cheese and protein powder until smooth. Whipping with a fork works well! Then, spread onto your slice of bread.
- For best results, air fry for 7 minutes at 360°F (182.2 °C). Alternatively, you can broil it in the oven for a few minutes, use a toaster oven, or simply toast your bread separately and top with the cottage cheese mixture.
- Enjoy immediately!
Notes
- Switch up your flavor of protein powder for different tastes and endless variety.
- Add a dash of cinnamon or other favorite spice or extract for a flavor boost.
- Greek yogurt can work. However, it tends to be a thinner consistency and a bit runnier than cottage cheese.
