1. Subscription Terms

Looli offers access to content via subscription. Options include 1 month or 1 year. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payments for new users are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective terms. Legacy users may still have subscriptions through Stripe.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged through your platform payment method.
Managing Subscriptions: Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal via Apple or Google Play account settings.
Cancellation: You cannot cancel an active subscription mid-term. Free trials, if offered, must be canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Looli is intended for users 18 years or older. By using this app, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

Looli delivers health & wellness content including:
- Recipes & meal planning
- Workouts (including 6-minute “snacks”)
- Habit & goal tracking
- Journal & Mood Bar
- Mental health check-ins and resources
- Exclusive content for members
Deliverables are informational only and are not medical advice. Users should consult a professional for health, nutrition, or mental health concerns.

Program participation may include interaction with other members through the private Facebook group.
Users are expected to behave courteously and follow the Code of Conduct (see Section 5).
Violations may result in removal from the Program or Facebook group without refund.

Users agree to:

Treat other participants and company representatives respectfully.
Avoid harassment, hate speech, triggering content (e.g., weight, restriction history), spam, sales pitches, or references to illegal acts.
Confidential content shared by other participants in the Facebook group must not be shared outside the group.

The Company may remove content or suspend participants at its discretion.

The Facebook group is private. Non-members may be added at the Company’s discretion.
Content posted may be used anonymously for internal purposes or app-exclusive content.
Users are responsible for removing confidential information if Facebook policies change and the group becomes public.

All payments are handled through Apple, Google Play, or Stripe (legacy users).
Refunds are subject to the platform’s policies. Looli cannot process refunds directly for Apple or Google Play purchases.

All content in the Looli app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, videos, recipes, workouts, and other digital content, is the exclusive property of Looli / Colleen Christensen Inc.
Users may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Copying, sharing, or distributing content without permission is prohibited.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Looli, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their use of the app or participation in programs.

Looli is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to personal, financial, or business decisions.
All services are provided “as-is.”

Users agree not to make false, negative, or disparaging statements about Looli or its representatives.
Disclosure required by law is exempt.

The app relies on Apple, Google Play, and Facebook for certain functionalities.
By using the app, you agree to the terms of these platforms in addition to Looli’s Terms & Conditions.

Looli may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
