    Ingredients
      

    • 1 tsp maple syrup
    • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 1 each Medjool date chopped
    • cup peanuts chopped

    Directions
     

    1. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and cocoa powder until smooth.
    2. Top with chopped date and peanuts.
    3. Enjoy as a sweet and satisfying snack!

    Notes

    • Swap the maple syrup for honey if you prefer.
    • Blend cottage cheese until smooth or use a vegan yogurt alternative in place of Greek yogurt.
    • If using vegan yogurt, you may want to add a tablespoon or two of protein powder to keep the protein content similar.
    • If you don’t have dates, try chopped dried figs or raisins for a similar chewy sweetness.
    • Almonds or cashews can replace the peanuts while still giving you crunch and nourishing fats.
    • Try adding a bit of chocolate protein powder for an extra boost (great for a post-workout option!)
