    Ingredients
      

    • 4 oz Salmon cooked, canned or smoked
    • ¼ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
    • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
    • ½ tsp Dill dried or fresh
    • 1 Tortilla
    • 1 cup Arugula
    • 2 tbsp Feta Cheese
    • 1 Orange

    Directions
     

    1. In a bowl, mix the salmon with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and dill until well combined.
    2. Lay out the tortilla and add arugula, followed by the salmon mixture and feta cheese.
    3. Wrap it up tightly, slice if desired, and serve with an orange on the side.
