    Ingredients
      

    • 2 Slices Bread
    • 4 tbsp Whipped Cream Cheese
    • ΒΌ Avocado mashed
    • 4 oz Salmon smoked or canned work great
    • 1 Roma Tomato

    Directions
     

    1. Toast bread to your desired crispness.
    2. Spread whipped cream cheese evenly over the toast.
    3. Top with mashed avocado, then layer on the salmon.
    4. Serve with sliced tomato on the side. Season tomatoes and toast with salt and pepper as desired.
    5. Enjoy immediately.
