    Ingredients
      

    • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
    • 2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
    • 1 oz Turkey Pepperoni mini or chopped into quarters
    • 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
    • 1/2 Bagel
    • 1 cup Baby Carrots

    Directions
     

    1. Add cottage cheese, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella to a microwave-safe bowl.
    2. Microwave for 1–2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and everything is warmed through.
    3. Toast the bagel, then chop or tear into bite-sized pieces.
    4. Add bagel pieces to the bowl or use them for dipping.
    5. Serve with baby carrots on the side, or dip them right into the bowl for extra crunch.

    Notes

    • If you prefer a thicker, more “pizza-like” texture, let the bowl sit for a minute after microwaving to firm up slightly.
    • Not a cottage cheese fan? Try ricotta for a similar creamy texture.
    • Switch up the protein with cooked sausage, grilled chicken, or keep it vegetarian with extra cheese or veggies.
    • Add veggies like diced bell peppers, mushrooms, or spinach for extra flavor and fiber.
    • Want a crispier vibe? Broil the mixture for a couple minutes instead of microwaving.
