    Frozen Cookie Dough Bark

    • 2 tbsp Almond Flour
    • 1 tsp Peanut Butter
    • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
    • 2 tsp Chocolate Syrup
    1. In a small bowl, mix together the almond flour, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until a sticky dough forms.
    2. Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined plate or baking sheet. Wet your hands slightly and gently pat the dough into a thin, even layer.
    3. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top. Optionally sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
    4. Freeze for a few hours, or until fully set.
    5. If making multiple servings, slice into pieces and enjoy straight from the freezer.
    • You can substitute melted chocolate for the chocolate syrup, but chocolate syrup is an easy, no-prep shortcut with fewer dishes.
    • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for quick grab-and-go treats.
    • For flavor swaps, try almond butter or add a pinch of cinnamon to the dough.
