This Cinnamon Roll Smoothie is creamy and cozy while still packing in protein and fiber.

While it’s sweetened naturally with a date and flavored with cinnamon and vanilla, it gives a serious plot twist by using..wait for it… BEANS.

This is one of those “Woa.. I did NOT expect this to be so good!” kind of recipes. But once you try it, you’ll never question it again!

    Ingredients

    • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
    • ½ cup Great Northern Beans cooked, rinsed, and drained
    • 1 Date
    • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
    • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 2 tbsp Whipped Cream Cheese
    • ½ tsp Cinnamon
    • 1 cup Ice plus more if desired for thickness

    Directions

    1. Add ice, beans, protein powder, date, vanilla extract, cream cheese, cinnamon, and peanut butter to a blender.
    2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2–4 minutes depending on blender strength.
    3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
    4. Optional: top with a drizzle of peanut butter or crushed graham crackers for a “cinnamon roll topping” vibe. Enjoy!

    Notes

    • Swap great northern beans for white beans or chickpeas if preferred.
    • Use almond butter, cashew butter, or sunflower butter instead of peanut butter.
    • Greek yogurt can be subbed for the cream cheese if you want a tangy twist.
    • Add ½ frozen banana for extra sweetness and creaminess.
