    Ingredients
      

    • ¼ cup Kodiak Cakes pancake mix
    • 2 oz protein shake (2 oz = 1/4 cup)
    • 1 large egg
    • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 1 tsp maple syrup

    Directions
     

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a muffin tin with non-stick spray and/or liners.
    2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until smooth and lump-free.
    3. Divide the batter evenly between 3 muffin cups.
    4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    5. Allow to cool, then enjoy now or save for later!

    Notes

    • Use chocolate or vanilla protein shake depending on how rich you like it. Add mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts for extra texture.
    • Store in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for longer. Reheat in the microwave for 10–15 seconds for a warm, gooey treat.
