- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a muffin tin with non-stick spray and/or liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until smooth and lump-free.
- Divide the batter evenly between 3 muffin cups.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool, then enjoy now or save for later!
Notes
- Use chocolate or vanilla protein shake depending on how rich you like it. Add mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts for extra texture.
- Store in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for longer. Reheat in the microwave for 10–15 seconds for a warm, gooey treat.
