Chocolate Cottage Cheese Toast

- Combine cottage cheese and cocoa powder with a fork (whip it really well to break down the chunks).
- You can either place the cottage cheese onto toasted bread or put the cottage cheese mixture on untoasted bread and air fry at 360 degrees for 7 minutes.
Notes
- For an optional protein boost you can add a tbsp or two of protein powder (any flavor works)
- May sub greek yogurt for cottage cheese, however it may be a thinner consistency and not hold up as well in the air fryer.
