    Ingredients
      

    • 4 oz Ground Turkey
    • cup Instant Rice
    • 1 ½ cups Broccoli
    • 1 oz Cheddar Cheese shredded
    • ¼ Onion chopped
    • ½ cup Black Beans
    • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

    Directions
     

    1. Steam the broccoli until tender, about 4 to 5 minutes.
    2. In a pan over medium heat with non-stick spray, sauté the onion until softened.
    3. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper.
    4. Stir in the instant rice plus an equal amount of water, black beans, and Worcestershire sauce.
    5. Cover and let cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until the rice is tender. If there’s extra liquid, remove the lid and let it cook off.
    6. Top the broccoli with cheddar cheese and microwave for 20 to 30 seconds, until melted.
    7. Serve the cheesy broccoli alongside the dirty rice mixture or combine in a bowl and enjoy.

    Notes

    • Add garlic or smoked paprika for extra depth of flavor.
    • Swap ground turkey for ground beef or plant-based crumbles if preferred.
    • Use frozen broccoli to save time just steam according to package directions.
    • A dash of hot sauce or red pepper flakes adds a nice kick.
