Ingredients
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix the ground beef with the Worcestershire sauce. Spread the beef into a thin, even layer directly onto one side of the tortilla.
- Make the burger sauce by mixing together the whipped mayo, ketchup, mustard, and a small splash of pickle juice. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet, griddle, or pan over medium-high heat and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
- Place the tortilla beef-side down onto the hot surface. Use a spatula to firmly press it down so the beef makes full contact with the pan. Cook for about 2–3 minutes, until the tortilla becomes golden and crispy.
- Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness. Add the cheddar cheese immediately after flipping so it melts over the beef.
- Top with shredded lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, and a drizzle of the burger sauce. Fold like a taco and enjoy it warm!
Notes
- Dill pickle chips add extra crunch and tangy flavor.
- Swap cheddar for pepper jack or American cheese if preferred.
- These are best eaten fresh while the tortilla is still crispy.
