    Ingredients

    • ½ Banana
    • 2 tbsp Whipped Cream

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl, mash the banana with a fork until smooth and creamy.
    2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined and fluffy.
    3. Spoon the mixture into a popsicle mold, or dollop into small “mounds” on a lined baking sheet. It will make ~1 larger or 2 smaller pops per serving.
    4. Freeze for about 2 hours, or until set.
    5. Enjoy straight from the freezer for a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth treat!

    Notes

    • Frozen mango or cherries can be used instead of banana for a similar creamy texture. You may need to blend instead of mash for best results.
    • Other fruits can work, but may create a more “icy” texture—banana gives the creamiest result.
    • Store-bought whipped cream (the tub kind) works great, or you can make your own by whipping heavy cream until soft peaks form.
