Kate’s approach to wellness is all about finding what works for you in the current season of life, embracing change, and keeping things simple and enjoyable.

6:00 – 6:45 AM: Morning Movement

Kate wakes up between 5:45 and 6:00 AM, dedicating the first hour to exercise. She follows the “Fit with Coco” program, which includes Pilates and strength training. Her weekly routine typically involves Pilates on Mondays, lower body on Tuesdays, upper body on Wednesdays, Pilates reformer on Thursdays, and full body on Fridays. Occasionally, she incorporates Peloton workouts for variety. During her workout, she hydrates with water mixed with GoUltima electrolyte powder and creatine to stay energized.

6:45 – 7:00 AM: Mindful Start

After her workout, Kate spends a few minutes centering herself with gratitude journaling and reading her Bible. She writes down what she’s grateful for and what she needs help with, setting a positive tone for the day.

7:00 – 8:00 AM: Breakfast and Family Time

Kate prepares a chocolate protein shake using Equip Prime Protein which she drinks while making lunches for her children.

After getting the kids out the door, Kate enjoys a walk with her dog, accompanied by a homemade oat milk latte with Organo Gold coffee, which includes reishi mushrooms for a milder caffeine effect, and collagen.

10:00 AM: Breakfast

Kate typically eats a solid breakfast around 10:00 AM, choosing between options like Costco egg bites or Greek yogurt with peanut butter. This meal is flexible, adapting to her current preferences.

Note: This is not the first time Kate has consumed nourishment, she has had a protein shake and her latte prior.

Afternoon: Hydration and Movement

Throughout the day, Kate drinks plenty of water, using a Simple Modern cup to ensure she stays hydrated. In cooler months, she aims for an afternoon walk to keep active.

Night: Unplug and Relax

By 8:00 or 8:30 PM, Kate plugs her phone in the kitchen to disconnect. She enjoys watching shows on her iPad while in the bath and later reads on her Kindle in bed, falling asleep with ease.

Evening: Wind Down

Kate values her evening bath as a time to unwind, using Epsom salts and dim lighting to create a relaxing atmosphere. Although her children often join her for conversations, she embraces this time to connect with them.
