    Servings: 1 serving

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
    • 1/2 Banana frozen
    • 1/2 Orange fresh, peeled
    • 1/2 cup Strawberries fresh or frozen
    • 1/2 cup Nonfat Yogurt
    • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
    • 1 tbsp Coconut Flakes

    Directions
     

    1. To a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients except the coconut flakes and blend until ingredients are well combined, smooth, and creamy. If needed, add a splash of water to get it moving (If using a fresh not frozen orange and strawberries, you may not need)
    2. Once blended add your coconut flakes and fold them in. If you want a little extra flair you can add a sprinkle of real fruity pebble cereal on top. Enjoy!

    Notes

    • Mango or frozen cherries make great fruit substitutions if needed/desired.
    • If you’d like you can add about 1 tsp of vanilla pudding mix or â…›-¼ tsp xanthan gum to thicken/slow melting.
    • May sub coconut flakes for 1 tbsp of nut butter to maintain nourishing fats.
