    Servings: 1 serving
    Prep Time 10 minutes
    Cook Time 8 minutes
    Total Time 18 minutes

    Ingredients

    • 1 Tortilla
    • 4 oz Ground Beef
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Whipped Mayo
    • 1 tbsp Ketchup
    • 1 tsp Yellow Mustard
    • ¼ cup Pickles
    • ½ oz Cheddar Cheese
    • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
    • ½ Red Onion chopped
    • ½ Roma Tomato sliced

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl, mix the ground beef with the Worcestershire sauce. Spread the beef into a thin, even layer directly onto one side of the tortilla.
    2. Make the burger sauce by mixing together the whipped mayo, ketchup, mustard, and a small splash of pickle juice. Set aside.
    3. Heat a skillet, griddle, or pan over medium-high heat and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
    4. Place the tortilla beef-side down onto the hot surface. Use a spatula to firmly press it down so the beef makes full contact with the pan. Cook for about 2–3 minutes, until the tortilla becomes golden and crispy.
    5. Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness. Add the cheddar cheese immediately after flipping so it melts over the beef.
    6. Top with shredded lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, and a drizzle of the burger sauce. Fold like a taco and enjoy it warm!

    Notes

    • Dill pickle chips add extra crunch and tangy flavor.
    • Swap cheddar for pepper jack or American cheese if preferred.
    • These are best eaten fresh while the tortilla is still crispy.
