    Ingredients
      

    • 1 Apple
    • 1 can Tuna drained
    • 1 tbsp Whipped Mayo
    • 1 tbsp BBQ Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Bacon Bits
    • 1/2 oz Cheddar Cheese shredded
    • 1 Tortilla
    • 2 Boston Lettuce Leaves or any kind of greens

    Directions
     

    1. Finely chop half of the apple and set the remaining half aside for serving.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, whipped mayo, BBQ sauce, bacon bits, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped apple. Stir until evenly mixed.
    3. Lay the tortilla flat and top with the Boston lettuce leaves.
    4. Spoon the tuna mixture over the lettuce and wrap tightly.
    5. Slice the remaining apple and serve on the side.
    6. Enjoy immediately!

    Notes

    • A smoky or honey BBQ sauce works especially well in this recipe.
    • Swap cheddar for pepper jack or gouda for a different flavor twist.
    • Add extra crunch with shredded carrots, celery, or sliced cucumber.
