    Ingredients
      

    • 1 tbsp Whipped Mayo
    • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
    • 1 tsp Vinegar
    • 1 tsp Honey
    • Water to thin dressing as desired
    • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
    • 4 oz Precooked Chicken
    • 1 cup Strawberries sliced
    • 1/4 Avocado sliced
    • 0.5 oz Pretzels crushed
    • 2 tbsp Feta Cheese

    Directions
     

    1. To make your honey mustard dressing mix whipped mayo, Dijon mustard, vinegar, and honey in a small bowl, thinning with water to your desired consistency.
    2. Layer lettuce, strawberries, avocado, chicken, and feta in a bowl or meal prep container(s). If enjoying now, add the pretzels and dressing. If enjoying later in the day/week, keep the pretzels and dressing separate so nothing gets soggy.
    3. Enjoy!

    Notes

    • May sub store-bought honey mustard dressing if you wish. Poppyseed is also a great option for this!
    • Any sort of berry will work in place of strawberries. If using frozen, simply allow them to thaw prior to using and blot with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
