    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats quick oats recommended for shakes
    • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
    • 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
    • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
    • 1 Oreo cookie

    Directions

    To Make the Oat Packet
    1. Add oats, chia seeds, ground flax, and protein powder to a small zip-top bag or reusable container.
    2. Crush the Oreo cookie directly into the bag.
    3. Seal and shake to combine. Store until ready to prepare.
    To Prepare
    1. Hot Oatmeal: Add contents of the packet to a bowl with 1¾–2 cups water (add slowly as to not make them too watery, may always add more as they cook!). Microwave or simmer until thickened, stirring once or twice until desired thickness is reached.
    Overnight Oats
    1. Combine packet contents with ~1 cup water in a jar. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Add a splash of water in the morning if it thickens too much.
    Oat Shake
    1. We recommend quick oats instead of old-fashioned oats to prevent excessive thickening and improve texture. Blend packet contents with ~22–2¼ cups water until smooth (may skip blending if you use quick oats).

    Notes

    • The Oreo adds subtle sweetness—add cocoa powder or a drizzle of honey if desired.
    • Add mini chocolate chips, cacao nibs, or a pinch of salt for a stronger cookies ’n cream vibe.
    • Old-fashioned oats work best for hot or overnight oats; quick oats are ideal for shakes.
