This easy recipe combines creamy cottage cheese with vanilla protein powder to thicken it and give it a cheesecake-like flavor and texture.

- Option 1: Pop everything into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Option 2: Mash the banana into a bowl, add the cottage cheese and protein powder then whip with a fork. (This will be a bit chunkier than the blended)
Notes
- Add a dash of vanilla or cinnamon if you like! No banana? Applesauce or pumpkin puree can work great here too!
