Dubbed “Japanese Cheesecake” on social media, but spoiler alert: it’s not actually cheesecake-just surprisingly delicious.

Sweet, crunchy graham crackers get tucked into creamy, protein-packed Greek yogurt. After a few hours in the fridge, the yogurt thickens and the crackers soften into a surprisingly cheesecake-like texture.

Minimal effort, maximum cozy vibes.

    1. Break the graham cracker into big chunks and nestle them into the yogurt, sticking them into the yogurt vertically.

    3. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours to let everything soften and thicken.
    4. Spoon up a creamy, cheesecake-like bite and enjoy.

    Notes

    • This keeps well in the fridge for a few days, making it perfect for easy meal prep. Have fun with flavors!
    • Stir in fruit, jam, or honey before adding the graham crackers if desired.
    • For extra texture, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top right before eating.
    • Works great with plain, vanilla, or fruit-flavored Greek yogurt.
