A childhood favorite gets a feel-full, muscle lovin’ upgrade!

Mixing Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder creates a thick, sweet mixture reminiscent of marshmallow fluff.

Then, it gets joined by its peanut butter counterpart and sandwiched between two slices of soft bread for a sweet-and-salty sandwich that’s perfect for any time of day!

Extra vanilla fluff can be used for apple slice dipping, creating a delicious texture combo.

    Notes

    • Try cinnamon or a sprinkle of cocoa powder in the yogurt fluff for extra flavor.
    • These sandwiches can be made in advance and taken with you, they’re a great on-the-go option!
    • You can make a few in advance and store in the fridge for a few days. The bread will get a bit softer as the days go on so use your personal preference how how far in advance to prep (or store fluff separately from bread).
